Therefore, discipline is key. Our team divides tasks neatly; some are responsible for grinding spices, washing rice, and preparing vegetable ingredients.
The first step we take is processingRendang Chicken. We chose this menu because rendang is a symbol of luxury and gratitude in every celebration. The aroma of thick coconut milk, galangal, lemongrass and a secret blend of Indonesian spices begins to smell delicious when combined with fresh chicken pieces. The cooking process is done in stages to ensure that the spices penetrate down to the bones and the texture of the meat remains soft but does not fall apart.

We imagined how sweet the atmosphere would be after the Christmas service was over, where the participants could enjoy pieces of soft sponge cake as friends to chat with. Giving more than what is asked for is our way of being grateful for all the blessings we have received this year.
Speed ​​and Accuracy: Arriving Before Time
Logistics is a challenge in itself in catering services. We have always adhered to the principle that it is better to be much earlier than a minute late. After all the boxes were neatly arranged and ensured that they were clean, our fleet departed for the Bethesda Rehabilitation Home.
